Registration and Fees

This year’s Hospice Palliative Care Ontario Annual Conference will be held from Sunday, April 27 to Tuesday, April 29, 2014.

Registration Fees (no HST will be charged):

HPCO Member Rate
Full Conference: $655.00
One Day Only: $320.00 *

Non-Member Rate
Full Conference: $785.00
One Day Only: $395.00 *

Non-members who register and pay the non-member rate of $785.00 will receive an annual individual membership to Hospice Palliative Care Ontario.

* The one-day rate does not include the banquet dinner and entertainment feature on Monday evening. Tickets can be purchased at an additional cost of $80.00 per person.

Approved Lead Presenter Rate
Presenter Fee: $400.00

This fee is available to approved lead presenters at this year’s conference. If you are a lead presenter, you will receive a special registration code and instructions from Hospice Palliative Care Ontario to use at time of registration.

Other Registration Rates
Students (Full-time): $400.00
Volunteers: $395.00

A limited number of student and HPCO member volunteer spots are available. The student rate is available to full-time students only (proof and student ID required).

The volunteer rate is available to conference volunteers (once approved following the application process), and to hospice board chairs and other hospice palliative care volunteers. Please contact Paula Neil by phone at (416) 304-1477 ext 27, or by email at pneil@hpco.ca, to confirm your qualification for this rate and to receive a special registration code and instructions, which are required prior to conference registration.

Conference Cancellation/Refund Policy

Delegate substitution is permitted up to and including the first day of the program. A full refund will be given for cancellations received in writing by April 10, 2014. Any cancellations received after this date will be subject to a 25% administration fee, based on the fee paid. No refunds will be granted after April 21, 2014. No-shows will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Hospice Palliative Care Ontario (HPCO) reserves the right to cancel this program due to insufficient registrations, and will be responsible for refunding the registration fees only.
